In its basic feedback interpreting the obligations of states events with respect to those rights, the Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR) has consistently reiterated that states must comply with selected core obligations that characterize the bare minimum crucial levels of these rights, non-compliance with which can't be justif
